Demolition and site work for a residential development in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This demolition and clearance activity will be funded by Community Development Block 2 Grant funds, hence all relevant federal program requirements and regulations shall apply as outlined in the bid documents. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. One hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bonds will be required after contract award. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in bidding. All bidders are hereby notified that minority- owned and women- owned businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids, and will not be subject to discrimination on basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration of this award.
