1. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to properly install a wood pellet boiler system in the Hatchery's combination office / shop building, as well as the detached 2 bay garage building located at 956 Fish Hatchery Road, Accident, Maryland, MD 21520. 2. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following a. Design, build, and install a 110,000 Btu/hr biomass combustion boiler system that utilized wood pellets as fuel coupled with thermal storage, hydronic components, and a biomass storage and conveyance system. System must be capable of properly heating the entire shop, office, and detached garage areas. b. Provide and install approximately 2,700 SF of attic insulation above the shop garage area, as well as the detached garage building; Provide and install approximately 1,900 SF of wall insulation in the detached garage building. c. Remove and replace approximately 200 SF of reinforced concrete sidewalks along the front of the office building stretching from office area #1 to office area #2.
