Description

Site work and environmental remediation for a development in Accident, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development; and for environmental remediation for a development.

This is a multi-award Design-Build contract and will be procured through the Competitive Sealed Proposals process. Each contract will consist of the delivery of one or more Projects for MS4 Impervious Surface Restoration Credits (ISR Credit) for watersheds within the Administrations MS4 area, currently defined as Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Queen Annes, Washington, Wicomico, and St. Marys Counties. A Project shall consist of a single physical site for which the Design-Builder shall perform the planning, design, permitting, construction, perpetual easement acquisition, post-construction monitoring, maintenance, and adaptive management required to deliver ISR Credits.
