Remodeling of an educational facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Remodel of existing (13) restrooms to include ADA upgrades, replacement of all plumbing fixtures, upgrade of all lighting and outlets, new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, new toilet and urinal partitions and screens, new toilet accessories, new mechanical grilles and diffusers only. The following are the restrooms to be remodeled: Men's 130, 135, 156, 180, 222, 240. Women's 131, 133, 157, 182, 224, 240. Unisex 118A. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $486,000 **Document Notes: One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
