DPW Project 24570 Fire Alarm Upgrade, District 1 Administration Office, Idaho Transportation Department, Coeur d Alene, Idaho. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to: the replacement of an existing fire alarm system, equipment and components for a 3-story office type building approximately 28,700 square feet in size. This will also include the replacement of an existing fire alarm system, equipment and components for three (3) campus shop type buildings with a combined area of approximately 52,000 square feet in size. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $150.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $305,000 Question Deadline 07/22/2024 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer). LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE REJECTED, WILL NOT BE OPENED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BIDDER. NO DEVIATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
