Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The work may generally be described as taxiway pavement rehabilitation including pavement removal, milling, bituminous paving of taxiway and shoulder pavement, underdrain system adjustments, replacement of taxiway edge lighting systems, and pavement marking. The work items shall include, but are not limited to, erosion control items, demolition, grading, drainage, milling, bituminous paving, pavement marking, seeding, mulching, electrical and other incidental items necessary to complete the project. Each bid shall be accompanied with a Bid Security equal to 5% of the combined amount of the Base Bid and all bid alternates in the form of a cash deposit, cashier's or certified check or a Bid Bond. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. The meeting will cover contract scope, security badging requirements, bid items, schedule requirements, and any questions from those in attendance. A representative of the Authority and the Engineer will be on hand to respond to questions from potential Bidders in attendance. Bidders wishing to attend the Pre-Bid Conference virtually must request the invitation link to be able to access the meeting.
