The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has Request for Quote (RFQ) W912C324Q0003 for General Repairs to Building 676 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. It is the Government's intention to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials , insurances, supervision, and all neccesary to perform the Repairs at Building 676 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. . The RFQ will be issue as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard $45 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation, W912C324Q0003 will be posted on or about 8 July 2024 with a closing date of on or about 12 August 2024. The RFQ is made available via the Federal Contract Opportunities website at SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the vendor to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments issued.
