This requirement seeks information from HUBZone-certified vendors regarding their qualifications and interest in providing maintenance and repair services for security systems at multiple U.S. Customs and Border Protection facilities. The anticipated requirement is for a service contract consisting of a base year with four option years, with an estimated total value of less than $2 million. The purpose is to determine whether multiple qualified HUBZone vendors are capable of supporting this requirement for a potential FY26 procurement. The contractor would be responsible for maintaining all existing security systems at an acceptable working level in accordance with original equipment manufacturer operating specifications. Services include providing properly trained and certified electronic service technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, warranty services, and emergency support. Covered systems include access control systems, intrusion detection systems, CCTV monitoring systems, and related security technologies. Contractor personnel must have the necessary qualifications and specialized training to manage, troubleshoot, and service these systems effectively. The contractor must provide continuous support through a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week telephone support center for software, monitoring equipment, and field equipment issues. Technicians will be responsible for testing and installing newly purchased equipment and for reporting non-functional equipment to the facility team for warranty actions and repairs in coordination with manufacturers. Quarterly on-site inspections of field equipment are required, along with submission of system status reports and recommendations. All installation, maintenance, and service activities must follow manufacturer installation instructions, system operation requirements, and service procedures. Hardware and field equipment must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. The contractor must also support a closed network environment for the security systems, including maintaining dedicated bandwidth and access to a 24/7 service operating center to address any circuit-related issues. Background checks will be required for all contractor personnel.
