Bateman-Hall Construction on behalf of the Casper Housing Authority is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified subcontractors for the construction of an adaptive re-use of an existing school building called Willard Elementary (located at 129 N. Elk St. Casper WY) into a new project called Casper Housing Authority Offices & Wildwood Early Learning Center. The project is a change of use from an Elementary School to Offices and Day Care Facility. Bid Packages will be sent to subcontractors requesting to bid the project.
