Bateman-Hall Construction on behalf of the Casper Housing Authority is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified subcontractors for the construction of an adaptive re-use of an existing school building called Willard Elementary (located at 129 N. Elk St. Casper WY) into a new project called Casper Housing Authority Offices & Wildwood Early Learning Center. The project is a change of use from an Elementary School to Offices and Day Care Facility. Bid Packages will be sent to subcontractors requesting to bid the project. Contact: bids@bateman-hall.com All subcontractors must follow the Natrona County Contractor Licensing Rules and Regulations as well as all requirements in the specifications. The Casper Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer. Minorities and Women are encouraged to apply. The Contractor will take necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority firms, women s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used in subcontracting when possible. Questions requiring a bid clarification response shall be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) September 3 rd , 2024. The bid package will explain the method of subcontractor bid delivery to Bateman-Hall. Late bids or bids postmarked, but received after the deadline will not be accepted. All BIDS shall be submitted on the form(s) provided by Bateman-Hall. It is to be understood that the OWNER may reject any and all bids, make substitutions, and waive any informalities and technicalities as will be in their best interest. Bid documents and Bid Packages may be obtained from Bateman-Hall directly.
