Kortes Road Repair - Phase I . Natrona County ("County") reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, informalities, and technicalities therein, and to accept whatever Bid they determine to be in the best interest of the County; provided however, that any Bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. Description: The project is located on County Road 407, Kortes Road, south of Highway 220, and south of the Alcova Reservoir. The project generally consists of cleanup of debris from previous storm events and replacing base course along the shoulders of the roadway. Question Deadline 07/19/2024 All questions regarding the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Responses considered necessary by Engineer to such questions will be issued by Addenda sent to Prospective Bidders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
