Tentative Contract(s) Award Date 9/23/24 Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 9, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on August 16, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. on August 9, 2024, will not be addressed. a bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check the Procuring Agency an executed Bidders Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract. **Note: The cost of the Performance and Payment Bond must be included in the bid amount. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive bid irregularities as defined in the SCD Rules
