As of November 22, 2024 project was awarded to Wyoming Machinery Company, awarded amount is $186,551.76. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of Bidder's total proposal cost PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS. Attachments A, Engine Generator Specifications, and Attachment B, Transfer Switches Specifications, contain the Project specifications. RFP FORMS. Complete the following RFP forms: 1. Proposal Schedule and Bidder Certification 2. Non-Collusion Affidavit ATTACHMENTS. Include the following attachments with the proposal: 1. Bidder's resume with relevant education, training, certification, license, skills, experience, and prior projects; 2. References; 3. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of Bidder's total proposal cost; 4. Proof of compliance with Workers' Compensation laws; 5. Proof of commercial general liability insurance; 6. Proof of automobile insurance; and 7. If applicable, proof of professional liability insurance.
