for design-build services for the Casper Regional Office HVAC Upgrade project in Casper, WY. Project Description: Design and planning for a phased upgrade of the existing HVAC system utilizing 5 Ton (approximate) rooftop units and existing ductwork to replace the centralized chiller, fans, radiant heat panels, and variable air volume units, along with completing the first phase of the upgrade. This first phase will consist of one section of the building being upgraded and the existing system adjusted to continue serving the remainder of the building until other phases can be completed. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications.
