Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burr Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Burr Ridge will receive sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to replace water main in the Woodview Estates subdivision. The scope of work includes PVC water main installation, water main abandonment, water service line replacement, new fire hydrants, horizontal directionally drilled water main, storm sewer and sanitary sewer pipe and structure repair and/or replacement, driveway and pavement patching, landscaping restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and specifications. The total length of the project is approx. 5,567 feet (1.05 miles). Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01) Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty. The Village reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
