Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coalinga, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will implement street improvements to East Birch Avenue between 5th Street / Coalinga Plaza and North 4th Street, and East Birch Avenue between 5th Street / Coalinga Plaza and Sunset Street, West Durian Avenue between North Sunset Street to North 7th Street, and Lucille Avenue between South Monterey Avenue and West Elm Avenue / SR-198. It will encompass pulverizing 3 of the existing asphalt concrete and aggregate subbase on Birch, Durian and Lucille Avenues to repurpose as a new subbase under a new overlay of 1.5 asphalt concrete; removal of one existing concrete valley gutter on each Birch and Durian to be replaced with new concrete valley gutters, with new subbase and asphalt concrete plugs. There will be no improvements to existing curb, gutters, ramps, and sidewalks. Street striping to be improved by the City of Coalinga Public Works Department.
