The primary scope of work, BASE BID is to rehabilitate approximately 7.5-million-gallon steel tank reservoir, located on the northeast corner of South Derrick Avenue and Jayne Avenue, in Coalinga, CA. The scope of work consists of, but not limited to, mobilization and demobilization, containment for removal of heavy metal bearing coatings, disposal of heavy metal bearing coatings, demolitions and disposal of existing roof, tank inlet piping modifications, tank outlet piping modifications, tank overflow piping and nozzle modification, abandon tank drain piping, flush cleanout manway, interior ladder and fall protection system, interior coating (full removal and replacement, shell wall and appurtenances, impressed current cathodic protection system, clean, disinfect, hydrostatic pressure test, 11-month inspection, aluminum or steel (include coatings) tank roof.
