CDCR is requesting quotes to provide Supervisory and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance and Repair Services for the CDCR Pleasant Valley State Prison (PVSP). The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, hereinafter referred to as the "CDCR" or "State", requires a contractor to provide all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, permits/licenses, supplies, non-consumable materials, transportation, equipment, and all item of necessary expense to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) located at Pleasant Valley State Prison (PVSP) 24863 W Jayne Ave., Coalinga, CA 93210. Services shall be applicable for the equipment listed in Section 6. C, Equipment List, of this Statement of Work. The terms "shall" and "must" are considered by the CDCR to mean mandatory or required. The terms "may" or "can" are considered to be optional and are at the discretion of the CDCR. The period of performance for this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2025, or upon final execution of this Agreement by the CDCR, whichever is later, through June 30, 2028, with one (1) optional one (1) year extension, consistent with the original Scope of Services and at the contracted hourly rate as referenced in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, and the dollar amount of the first year amendment shall not exceed the first full fiscal year funds encumbered. The total budget amount cannot exceed $880,000.00.
