Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to DSH with Fire Suppression and Domestic Water Line System Reroute Services. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be February 3, 2025 through May 1, 2027 Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State License, (Class A General Engineering Contractor C-36 Plumbing, C-8 Cement, C-16 Fire Protection), issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. Question Deadline 01/02/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at brandon.chastain@dsh.ca.gov and lauro.macias@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements .
