Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 180,000-square-foot, 512-bed detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; two-story above grade municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The project consists of construction of an approximately 180,000 s.f., 512 bed new jail including jail administrative support, spaces. Also included is a new, two-story Sheriff's office, evidence building and K9 training building. New Jail and Sheriffs Office BP - 09 Framing and Drywall. No mandatory prebid.
