Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,604-square-foot fitness / recreation center.

SCOPE OF WORK Remove existing fan coil and PTAC units and replace with new fan coils, PTHP, and a HVAC split system. Provide a new heat recovery ventilator system, including duct work, new exhaust fans, transfer grilles, controls, etc. Work includes roof penetrations and patching, wall patching, interior cutting and patching, duct cleaning, and transfer grilles. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause.
