HVAC Replacement Project at the Ephrata Recreation Center For the construction of the HVAC Replacement project at the Ephrata Recreation Center in Ephrata, Washington. SCOPE OF WORK Remove existing fan coil and PTAC units and replace with new fan coils, PTHP, and a HVAC split system. Provide a new heat recovery ventilator system, including duct work, new exhaust fans, transfer grilles, controls, etc. Work includes roof penetrations and patching, wall patching, interior cutting and patching, duct cleaning, and transfer grilles. PREVAILING WAGE The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Grant County. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. The Effective Date for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. The applicable prevailing wage rates may be found on the Department of Labor and Industries website located at: https://fortress.wa.gov/lni/wagelookup/prvWagelookup.aspx. Upon request, the Owner will mail a hard copy of the applicable prevailing wages for this project. Please contact the DOH Associates at (509) 662-4781. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause.
