The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of remedial soil excavation for the disposal of petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soil and subsequent site restoration work at 145 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as per the approved Remedial Plan The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Background Review; (b) Submittal of applicable documentation, permits and clearances; (c) Mobilization; (d) Monitoring well decommissioning; (e) Remedial soil excavation and disposal; (f) Coordination for confirmatory soil sampling with WSP; (g) Backfilling of excavation; (h) Site Restoration.
