Renovation of an educational facility in Auburn Univ, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 21,200-square-foot educational facility.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Renovate outdoor patios on the south and east sides of the Melton Student Center. Work to include the removal of existing hardscape that will be replaced with new pavers and two new shade structures at the south patio and artificial turf at the east patio. Large, masonry planters with integrated precast seating to be installed at the east patio perimeter and smaller planters with integrated seating to be located beneath the shade structures to the south. Project also includes landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor power & lighting along with AV & telecom wiring to be installed for future equipment. BONDS : A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder s proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
