24-348 - CADC Rural Studio - Red Barn Comprehensive Renovation SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: The Red Barn Comprehensive Renovation will encompass structural repairs, enhancements to life-safety systems and accessibility, and alterations to the space to accommodate the current requirements of the program. The objective of the project is to bring the facility up to current building codes and standards, as well as to provide adequate studio and lecture space for architecture students enrolled in the Rural Studio program.
