Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % An original bid bond, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. The City Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, or Parts Thereof, and to Waive Any Irregularities Which Do Not Materially Affect The Bid Document or Otherwise Conflict With Statute or Ordinance. Any Rejection of Bids Shall Be Made Only if There is a Sound Documented Reason For Same. Start work on or after August 13, 2024 or as directed by City Engineer. All work must be substantially complete on or before June 27, 2025, with all work shall be completed by July 25, 2025
