Stockpiled Soil Material (Approximately 500,000 Cubic Yards Of Surplus Material Was Generated During The Excavation For The Wilson Iii Basin Project(S) And Material Deposited By Storm Flows During Tropical Storm Hilary, And Is Located At The Wilson Iii Basin Project Site Excavated Soil Material (Approximately 100,000 Cubic Yards) Will Be Generated Under This Contract For The Wilson Iii Basin Project(S), And At The Wilson Iii Basin Project Site Attached For Reference Is The Geotechnical Report, Along With Exhibits (Site Maps) Scope Of Services: The Winning Bidder Must Excavate (If Required, Based On Site Location/conditions), Load And Export The Material As Is And Prior To December 21, 2024, Unless Otherwise Allowed By The City. Quantities: For The Quantity Of 50,000-500,000 Cubic Yards, All Work Will Be Performed Under A City Of Yucaipa Encroachment Permit (Refer To Attached Permit Information). The City Of Yucaipa Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any And All Bids In Order To Provide The Maximum Return To The City. Surplus Materials Generally Consist Of Soil, Sand, Gravel, Boulders /cobble, Dirt Vegetation And Other Miscellanous Debris. Payment To The City: Within 30 Days Of The End Of The Completion Of The Load/export Operation, Payment Shall Be Made To The City Of Yucaipa. Payment Shall Be Based On The Quantity Of Material Exported, By Counting Truck Loads. Negative Proposals (Ones That Ask The City To Pay The Contractor) Will Not Be Accepted.
