Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District ("District") acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive sealed bids for the award of contracts for: Yucaipa High School Softball Field and Weight Room Construction Project 33000 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA 92399 Each bid must conform and shall be responsive to the Contract Documents and all plans, specifications, and other Contract Documents. Bidders are advised that this contract is a public work, as of March 1, 2015 all contractors and subcontractors bidding on a public work project shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District is now utilizing the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). We invite you to register with the District through Colbi Technologies at online per Public Contract Code 22032 and Public Contract Code 22034 To be eligible to bid on this job, you must pre-qualify with online no later than Ten (10) days before the bid opening. (October 24, 2024) Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor, not applicable for this bid, in California pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the Contract. This job requires an "A" & "B" license. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bid process. Facsimile (FAX) copies of the bid will not be accepted.
