These services shall also include pre-construction services, construction management, construction scheduling and the construction of the site improvements, building and interior tenant improvements for the Library Facility Project. A. Project Site. The Library Facility Project site is located at 33040 Yucaipa Boulevard, just east of Yucaipa High School. B. Project Description. The Library Facility Project is a 15,000 to 18,000 sq. ft. library facility with requisite parking, landscaping and associated site improvements on vacant property owned by the Yucaipa Calimesa Joint Unified School District (YCJUSD). When completed, YCJUSD will continue to own the property, the City of Yucaipa will own the facility, and the County of San Bernardino (County) will operate the library. The County currently operates the existing library facility located at 12040 5th Street in the City of Yucaipa. The City shall seek approval of the Library Facility Project by the Division of the State Architect (DSA) in collaboration with the selected PDB entity. The project site is currently vacant and partially paved. Two separate restaurant and retail businesses previously resided and operated on the site.
