**As of August 30, 2024, the award amount is $ 2,525,735.78. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond for a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. All bid security, except those of the three low bidders for each prime contract will be returned within four days after proposals are opened.
