The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide equipment and qualified operators, including certified flag persons, for the purpose of performing various paving/patching operations, on an as needed basis, to repair winter break-up damage on Primary and Secondary routes in Carroll County at locations designated by the Contract Administrator or the designee. The initial term or period of the contract shall be for one year with the effective date to be determined at time of award with three (3) optional one-year renewals.
