Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the replacement of a watermain valve, chamber and associated components, restoration and installation of proposed inspection chamber. Contract is required to be completed in two stages; Stage One Works: - Removal of existing concrete chamber roof and valve chamber components - Installation of temporary closure piece, coupling and length of 600mm ductile iron watermain - Temporary road restoration Stage Two Works: - Installation of new concrete chamber and valve chamber components - Installation of One - 600mm Butterfly Valve - Installation of Two - 50mm Air Relief Valves - Installation of One - 25mm Pitometers - Installation of One - 25mm Pitometers & Thrust Block - Installation of Two - 100mm Blow-Off Valves - Installation of new watermain inspection chamber - Reinstatement of existing 600mm watermain - 50 square metres of road restoration - 65 square metres of sidewalk restoration - 30 linear metres of concrete curb reconstruction - Pavement markings Documents may be obtained at https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca/
