Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-05-22 which closed on August 2, 2022. Work under this RFT is to included but is not limited to: 1. Replace roofing at roof sections A-1, B-1 to B-6, C-1 and C-2. The completed Work shall provide a durable, water and airtight assembly with continuous thermal insulation and adequate rain water drainage. 2. Replace five (5) existing packaged roof-top HVAC units and associated external ductwork as per mechanical specifications and drawings. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing HVAC units and ductwork, supports, curbs; the supply of new HVAC units and ductwork; all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to install the new HVAC equipment at the existing roof top locations (including new curbs and connections to the existing gas and electrical supply); start-up, testing, and balancing of the system. The Successful Bidder is responsible for all coordination, reviews, and follow up as required by all warranties included in this scope of work.
