Varner Road Safety Improvements Engineer's Estimate: $707,708.20 Scope of work: The work enhances twelve (12) existing signalized intersections in the City of Cathedral City. Improvements include installing conduit, pull boxes, traffic signal poles and foundations, traffic signal controller cabinets and foundations, construction of ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, Advanced Dilemma Zone detection, and installation of high-definition video detection systems. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above improvements are to be constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire project in a neat and presentable condition
