IPTC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all responses to this solicitation The Contractor shall maintain insurance during the performance of the Contract from one or more insurance companies licensed in the State of Indiana to provide the following forms of insurance, said insurance companies to be reasonably satisfactory to the IPTC. Bidding contractors are to submit any questions regarding this procurement in writing via Bonfire or by email by 4:00pm, Thursday, July 11, 2024. All questions will be answered through an Addendum that will be posted to Bonfire The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for a three (3) year supply agreement for bollards for IPTC's BRT Red Line and possibly additional units on the Purple and Blue Lines. The duration of this contract will be three (3) years from the effective date of the IPTC Materials/Supplies Vendor Contract
