Reference Number 0000368524 Job Location: 10785 Elizabeth Lake Rd Bid package #3 New Public Safety Building & New Township Hall Building, Rebid of Elevators & Window Treatments This Bid Package will consist of separate sealed Bids for the following Bid Divisions: 130: Window Treatment 138: Elevator Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bids shall be submitted electronically into Building Connected. Bid security by a quality surety in the form of a Bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid, payable to White Lake Charter Township, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, White Lake Charter Township is secured from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Bid or the failure of the Bidder to enter into a Contract for performance. If awarded a Contract, the successful Bidder may be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. White Lake Charter Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, or to award the Contract to other than the Bidder (s) submitting the best financial Bid (low Bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
