Navajo Area Office has a requirement for a contractor to replace an existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, to include setup and installation. All invoices complying to the requirements at 52.212-4(g) must be submitted through www.ipp.gov. Delivery: 60 Days After AwardThe Contractor/Vendor must provide pricing quotation based upon the equipment requirements identified. a. All items quoted must be on contract and all quotations must be authorized contract representatives/distributors. b. Pricing shall include on-site installation procedures and calibration and testing. c. Pricing shall include manufacturer's 5-year warranty coverage. d. Pricing shall include scheduled and unscheduled support services for 12 months. 3.2 All parts 3.3 The Contractor/Vendor shall provide an implementation plan that details how all equipment will be installed, including a timeline of machine placement, and include operational and recovery manuals. 3.4 Installation and replacement will involve: a. Disconnect and removal of old UPS equipment. b. Installation of new UPS equipment. c. Testing and calibration of new UPS equipment. d. Migrate and connect data center systems to new UPS equipment. e. Aide in troubleshooting any issues during implementation. f. In-service on UPS operations, normal and bypass operations, alarms, and UPS system checks. g. Clean installation areas. 3.5 The Contractor/Vendor will provide scheduled and unscheduled support services for 12 months (Contract Award date + 12 months): a. The preventative maintenance and operations of the new UPS equipment. b. In a disruption, assist with troubleshooting efforts to restore and ensure operability of UPS equipment. 3.6 The Contractor/Vendor shall provide Engineering, Technicians, and/or Specialists, all tools, equipment, labor, material and transportation necessary to provide the services. 3.7 The Contractor/Vendor shall notify the Government immediately of any problems that occur during maintenance/repair of the UPS equipment. During extensive outages, this will be helpful in relaying information to users, to be kept informed of outages and ETA of service restoral. 3.8 The Contractor/Vendor shall not perform any tasks under this scope of work that constitute work of policy, decision making, or of a managerial nature that is the direct responsibility of the Government.
