Paulding County Weather Station Installation Project Installation of four (4) weather station units on existing poles, at the locations shown below: Site 1 : Bill Carruth Parkway and Nebo Road Hiram, Georgia 30141 Site 2 : East Paulding Drive and Dallas Acworth Highway Dallas, Georgia 30157 Site 3 : Us 278 and Poplar Springs Road Hiram, Georgia 30141 Site 4 : US 278 and Buchanan Street Dallas, Georgia 30132 All questions and communications should be directed to the Purchasing Office at purchase@paulding.gov. The successful bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement. Requests for payments are due by the FIFTH (5th) of the month for payment by the TWENTIETH (20th). Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-6 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry of Companies holding Certificates of Authority and Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the bid opening, but OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. Owner reserves the right to award bids in whole, or in part, by the type of work to be performed, as defined by the plans and specifications for this project.
