Paulding County School District desires to retain the services of a professional Construction Manager or the construction, renovations and modifications of instructional, non instructional and extracurricular facilities projects at Moses Middle School. The school serves students from 6th grade through 8th grade and consists of current single-story structure of 124,070 square feet. Originally built in 2000, the aim of this project is to renovate aging building components and materials described later in this document at Moses Middle. PCSD anticipates award by October 2024. After hours and weekend work may commence after GMP approval anticipated to be January 2025. No work may be performed when building is occupied by students. CM to utilize school breaks to complete majority of work. Certificate of occupancy to be granted no later than July 18, 2025. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by August 9, 2024, 11:00 a.m. EDT. Answers will be posted to the solicitation in the PCSD BonFire by August 12, 2024, 11:00 a.m. EDT.
