**As of September 27, 2024 , This project has been awarded to International Waste Services, LLC, in the amount of $397,991.88.** The construction of proposed pickleball courts. Construction activities will include; demolition operations, grading operations, paving, and erosion measures. All questions or request for additional information must reference Bid No. and must be submitted by email no later than 10:00 am EST August 5 , 2024 to smcnally@croyeng.com The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, for 100% of the contract amount, with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as, "Bid No. 25003- 2001, Mt. Tabor Park-Pickleball Courts". If bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the OWNER at the address previously given. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
