Site work, environmental remediation and renovation of an educational facility in Old Westbury, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for environmental remediation for a educational facility.
The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Phase 2 - Water Remediation & Restoration Install all necessary protection. Contain affected areas with 6 mil poly. Provide and install 5 air scrubbers with HEPA filters. Remove and dispose of microbial material such as sheetrock, ceiling tiles, pipe insulation, duct insulation, ceiling grid, furniture. HEPA vacuum all affected areas and wet wipe with Foster 40/80. Repeat HEPA vacuuming. Encapsulate area with Foster 40/20. Remove protection and clean job site.
