The following scope of work is based off of sketches and submittals to be provided by the campus as part of this bid. The scope of work is as follows: Furnish and install (1) 6-ton VRF condenser Furnish and install (4) 18k wall hung FCUs Furnish and install ACR refrigerant pipe and drains Condensate pumps and drains for new FCUs New pipe covered in 1" thick Armaflex Low voltage thermostats with local control Provide disconnect for electricians Bonding and prevailing wage labor Test, check and start up with instruction to school personnel Roof and or wall penetrations and waterproofing Ridged ground pad, refrigerant pipe protection and support and install for exterior condenser Interior mountings stability, any wall patch and repair Start up, testing, user instructions, close out materials and operational manuals for all equipment One year warranty on parts and labor Exclusions: Fire alarm / BMS tie in ACM or hazardous conditions Power wiring Maintenance on equipment is not part of contract Project Note: Condenser requires three phase electric power Product: Whereas Specifications refer to a product indicated in specifications and include a manufacturer name, provide the specified product or a comparable product by a comparable manufacturer.
