As of August 8, 2024, project was awarded to Sossamon Construction Co., with an awarded amount of $2,551,017.85. Services include drainage installation, existing sidewalk demolition and installation of new protected bike lanes and multi-use trail system. Proposals may be held by the City of Spartanburg for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Proposals for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of prospective parties, prior to awarding of the Contract.
