Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 8, 2024, project was awarded to Sossamon Construction Co., with an awarded amount of $2,551,017.85. Services include drainage installation, existing sidewalk demolition and installation of new protected bike lanes and multi-use trail system. The City of Spartanburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the qualifications process. Proposals may be held by the City of Spartanburg for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Proposals for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of prospective parties, prior to awarding of the Contract.
