The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 2,200 LF of 24" water main in the City of Chubbuck. The work includes installation of water main, fittings, fire hydrants, surface restoration, and other related work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: East Chubbuck Road Waterline Project Instructions to Bidders For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions To Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Cash in the Amount Of Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Chubbuck as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract In Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Must Have a Public Works Construction License Pursuant to Idaho Code Title 54, Chapter 19, Prior to Entering Into the Contract. The City of Chubbuck Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous to the Best Interest of the City of Chubbuck.
