**As of June 11,2025, the project was awarded to M&S Development & Construction, with an awarded amount of $416,668.50.** 2025 Asphalt Mill and Pave Project Question Deadline 05/15/2025 at 12:00 PM MT All questions and requests for clarification shall be e-mailed to Bridger Morrison, City of Chubbuck, at bmorrison@cityofchubbuck.us The Project includes the following Work: This project includes the milling of existing asphalt pavement and overlay paving for several blocks of city streets. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 2025 Asphalt Mill and Pave Project A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Chubbuck as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must have a public works construction license pursuant to Idaho Code Title 54, Chapter 19, prior to entering into the contract. The City of Chubbuck reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Chubbuck.
