Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chubbuck, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Site Address: Anderson Lane to Booth St City: Chubbuck County: Bannock State/Province: ID Phase I work will include installing approximately 1,700 ft of new 8 in. gravity sewer line from Anderson Lane to Booth St tying to the City's existing sewer system. Surface restoration of gravel surfacing, asphalt paving, curbing, and sidewalk along with fence repair is also included. Reconnections of existing sewer services to the new main line are included and occur at multiple locations. Work also includes installing new water service line and meters from Pocatello creek Road to the fire station building, and to an existing residence, and a new sewer service connection the fire station building. QA date - 12 noon on September 2, 2025. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
