The entity is seeking competitive proposals from interested parties for the redevelopment of property located at approximately 260 E. Linden Ave, consisting of about 0.34 acres within tax parcel #s RPRCCCH000500, referred to as "City Hall Adjacent -West." Responsive proposals should present a workable planning and business framework for redeveloping the property in alignment with the vision and principles described in the request and relevant plans. A mixed-use development with active ground floor uses is generally preferred. The redevelopment is intended to serve as a catalyst for economic growth and new construction in the downtown area known as Chubbuck Village. Proposals must be submitted by email to the designated executive director. It is the sole responsibility of each submitter to ensure timely delivery of their proposal.
