Water Supply Wells 9 & 10 Improvements A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Vienna, Wood County, or a Bid Bond executed by the bidder and bidder and surety company approved by the City of Vienna, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. There will not be any bid bonds returned or waived because the bidder failed to (or able to) comply with the requirements set forth in the plans, specifications, and any applicable statutes of the United States, West Virginia, or local ordinances. The Vienna Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality therein: Bidders will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, and national origin. No bids will be accepted without a Contractor's WV License Number included on the bid submission.
