Project Description: Work includes but is not limited to site improvement work around the entire campus including modifications to existing utilities and parking, new grading, paving, and sidewalk improvements, and other utility improvements as noted in the contract documents. Phase 4 work shall be carefully coordinated with other phases of work occurring concurrently on site. Project Estimated Schedule: Construction start date on or about April 14, 2025 and Final Completion on or before August 8, 2025. All questions shall be directed to Shelby Wagner of Pickering Associates at swagner@pickeringusa.com. 1. Addenda may be issued during the bidding period. All addenda become part of the Contract Documents. Include resultant cost in the Bid Amount. 2. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. 3. Clarifications requested by a Bidder must be submitted in writing to Shelby Wagner prior to 4:00 pm on March 28, 2025. The reply will be submitted in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to all Contractors who have downloaded Bid Documents from the Pickering Associates planroom. 4. It is the responsibility of the Bidding Contractor to make all their Subcontractors aware of such addendum. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds.
