The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The project includes the replacement of the existing onsite truck scale and all other associated equipment with the scale. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. The estimated cost for each Contract is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
